1. Shipping Within Ukraine

We deliver orders across Ukraine using trusted delivery services, including Nova Poshta.

Processing Time

  • Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Some garments may be produced or prepared individually. In such cases, processing may take up to 7–14 business days.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via the email address or phone number provided during checkout.


2. International Shipping

FALCONE ships worldwide.

International orders are delivered through international courier and postal partners depending on the destination country.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Europe — approximately 5–10 business days;
  • International destinations — approximately 7–14 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on customs procedures and local courier services.

Please note that customs duties or import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the Buyer.


3. Payment

We accept secure online payments through trusted payment providers.

4. Exchanges & Returns

We understand that fit and personal preference are important when choosing clothing.

The Buyer may request an exchange or return within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • not be worn or used;
  • preserve their original appearance;
  • include all original tags and packaging;
  • not contain signs of damage or alteration.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method that was used during purchase.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are generally covered by the Buyer.

However, FALCONE will cover return shipping costs in cases of:

  • manufacturing defects;
  • incorrect items received;
  • errors caused by FALCONE during order fulfillment.

Terms of Order, Sale, and Delivery of Goods

This Public Offer (“Agreement”) is an official and legally binding offer by the Seller to conclude a distance sales agreement for goods presented on the website:

By placing an order on the website, the Buyer fully accepts the terms of this Agreement, including the ordering process, payment conditions, delivery terms, return policy, and other provisions described below.

The Agreement is deemed concluded from the moment the Buyer confirms the order on the website.


1. General Definitions

1.1. Public Offer

A public proposal by the Seller addressed to an unlimited number of individuals to conclude a distance sales agreement under the terms specified herein.

1.2. Goods

Men’s clothing, knitwear, tailoring products, accessories, and other items presented on the Seller’s website.

1.3. Online Store

The Seller’s official online store located at:

1.4. Buyer

An individual or legal entity placing an order through the Online Store.

1.5. Seller

The entity operating the FALCONE online store.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Seller agrees to transfer ownership of the Goods to the Buyer under the terms of this Agreement.

The Buyer agrees to pay for and accept the ordered Goods.

The Agreement is concluded remotely through the Online Store interface.


3. Order Placement

The Buyer independently places an order through the website.

When placing an order, the Buyer provides accurate and complete information, including:

  • full name;
  • phone number;
  • delivery address;
  • email address;
  • payment details where required.

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms:

  • acceptance of this Agreement;
  • consent to the processing of personal data;
  • agreement with the Privacy Policy published on the website.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse order fulfillment if the provided information is incomplete, inaccurate, or suspicious.


4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are indicated in the selected currency and may be changed by the Seller without prior notice.

The price valid for the Buyer is the price displayed at the moment the order is confirmed.

Payment for Goods may be made using the payment methods available on the website.

An order is considered paid after the funds are successfully received by the Seller.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel unpaid orders.


5. Delivery

Delivery is carried out to the countries available at checkout using third-party delivery services.

Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are calculated during checkout and depend on the destination country and selected shipping method.

The Buyer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address.

Upon receiving the Goods, the Buyer must inspect:

  • the integrity of the packaging;
  • the condition of the Goods;
  • completeness of the order.

Any visible defects or discrepancies must be reported immediately upon receipt.


6. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

The Seller reserves the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available for purchase at any time.

In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after the order is placed, the Buyer will be notified and offered:

  • or a refund.

7. Returns and Exchanges

The Buyer has the right to return or exchange Goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Returns are accepted provided that:

  • the item has not been worn or used;
  • the original appearance is preserved;
  • all tags, packaging, and accessories are intact;
  • proof of purchase is provided.

Refunds are processed after the returned Goods are received and inspected by the Seller.

Shipping costs related to returns are borne by the Buyer unless otherwise required by law.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • personalized products;
  • custom-made items;
  • items damaged due to improper use.

8. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

8.1. The Seller agrees to:

  • provide Goods of appropriate quality;
  • process orders in accordance with this Agreement;
  • maintain confidentiality of personal data;
  • provide accurate information about Goods.

8.2. The Seller has the right to:

  • modify product prices;
  • change the terms of this Agreement;
  • refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or violation of the Agreement.

8.3. The Buyer agrees to:

  • provide accurate information;
  • comply with the terms of this Agreement;
  • pay for and accept the ordered Goods.

9. Liability

The Seller is not responsible for:

  • improper use of the Goods by the Buyer;
  • delays caused by third-party delivery services;
  • inaccuracies in information provided by the Buyer;
  • temporary interruptions in website functionality beyond the Seller’s control.

The parties are released from liability in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, governmental actions, power outages, or disruptions in communication networks.


10. Intellectual Property

All content published on the website, including but not limited to:

  • photographs;
  • logos;
  • branding;
  • design elements;
  • text;
  • graphics.

All materials belong to FALCONE and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission from the Seller.


11. Confidentiality and Personal Data

By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of personal data for the purposes of:

  • order fulfillment;
  • customer communication;
  • delivery;
  • payment processing;
  • marketing communications where permitted.

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Privacy Policy available on the website.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

Any disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiations.

13. Validity of the Agreement

This Agreement enters into force from the moment the Buyer places an order and remains valid until the parties fully fulfill their obligations.
